Something for you to take note : I only follow the amount of ingredients required. However, i created my own methods.
Required ingredients as follow
3 cups of all purpose flour
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon Oil ( You can use olive oil , i am using vegetable oil)
3/4 cup warm water
1 packet of yeast ( 11g)
1/2 cup milk

Remember to preheat your oven to 190 degree C!
Steps
1. Pour yeast into warm water and stir until dissolve.
2. Add in sugar. Wait for 10 minutes. You should be able to observe foams
3. Add into salt and milk. Mix well.
4. Add in flour, little by little. You can either use the hand mixer or large spoon.
5. Pour our the dough onto flour-ed surface and start kneeding
6. Kneed for around 10 minutes and make sure no stickiness can be felt
7. Kneed into a ball and let it ferment for 1 hour.
8. After a hour, pour out the dough and kneed again for around 1 to 2 minutes before shaping into the shape you want.
9. Put into desired pan and let it ferment again for 20minutes. (fyi i am making a freeform loaf bread since i have no bread pan)
10. Brush an egg on the bread
10. Put a pan with water below and bake for 50 minute
End results
1. Hard crust
2. Yeasty Taste
